Led by experts from The Ohio Democracy Project, this workshop is for community members who recognize the stakes of political violence and repression, and who want to work together nonviolently to protect our trans neighbors and those who support them. Participants will learn strategies and gain knowledge about what approaches make political and identity based violence and repression backfire. You can read more about the backfire method here.

Registration is required. Lunch is generously provided by PFLAG Dayton.

The Center for Community Impact & Innovation at DML is proud to partner with The Ohio Democracy Project, PFLAG Dayton, and the Gatlyn Dame Group for this program.
